CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Instructions For Preparation Of Abstracts

1. Only abstract written in British English will be accepted.
2. Abstract Submission Format:
   Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the abstract submission template online after creating an account and login. The template includes specific sections for the title, authors, and abstract content. Authors are required to enter their information directly into the template provided during the submission process.
   Please note:Uploading PDF or Word documents is not permitted. Abstracts submitted via file upload will not be accepted. ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
3. Title should be brief but long enough to indicate the nature of the study. The full title should be in capital letters and not exceeding 20 words.
4. Include details of the main author, presenting author and co-author(s) including their affiliations. Name (First name, Last name) of the presenting author should be underlined. Email address of the presenting author is required. Please refer to the sample abstract provided.
5. Abstract should not exceed 300 words. The abstract must state briefly and clearly the introduction, objective, methods, results and conclusions/discussions of the work. Please refer to the sample abstract provided.
6. Presentation Type: Abstracts may be submitted for either oral (free papers) or poster presentation. While authors may indicate their preferred presentation type, the Scientific Committee will make the final decision regarding acceptance and presentation format. All abstracts will be evaluated based on their relevance to body composition, as well as their academic novelty and rigor. The decision of the Scientific Committee is final and binding.
7. Presenting author must be a registered participant. ONLY ABSTRACTS OF AUTHORS WHO HAVE PAID THEIR REGISTRATION FEES BY 13 FEBRUARY 2026 will be scheduled for presentation and included in programme book.
8. Deadline for abstract submission is 13 FEBRUARY 2026. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
9. The presenting author may submit up to 2 abstracts.
10. The submitted abstract must be original and has not been published elsewhere.
11. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors approve the content of the abstract before submission. ABSTRACT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE AMENDED AFTER THE LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE ISSUED.
